Rodinný dům

Abstract

Zadáním práce bylo navrhnout malý rodinný dům pro 4 osoby na pozemku v Českém Krumlově spadajícího do městské památkové zóny. Cílem bylo nabídnout současný životní komfort v efektivním prostorovém řešení na malé zastavěné ploše. Návrh má být částečně energeticky soběstačný a zdrojově šetrný. Zahrada má fungovat jako obytný prostor. Návrh se snaží nezmenšovat prostor zahrady a přidává zeleň pro větší soukromí. Dům vystupuje na sloupech mezi stromy v zahradě a připomíná ptačí budku i s terasou co by bidlem, která propojuje exteriér a interiér jako jeden obytný prostor. Ptačí budka zapadá do okolí díky společnému prvku s okolními domy - červené šikmé střeše, který v návrhu ale přesahuje hranice střechy a je aplikován na celou stavbu. Objekt je řešen jako lehká dřevostavba posazená na těžkém podzemním podlaží, které je otevřeno do ulice a tím se objekt opticky dělí na dvě části.

The task was to design a small detached house for four people on a plot in Český Krumlov, which belongs to the urban conservation area. The main goal was to offer contemporary living comfort within an efficient space solution in the small built-up area. The proposition shall be partially self-sufficient in energy and also resource-friendly. The g arden is supposed to work as a living area. Therefore, the design aims for not reducing its space and adds more greenery for increasing the feeling of privacy. The house stands on its pillars among trees which makes it look like a birdhouse with a terrace as a perch which connects exterior and interior into one area. The birdhouse fits the environment thanks to the mutual component with the other houses - red sloped roof, which, however, extends over the edges of a roof and continue on the whole building. The building is designed as a light wooden construction set on a heavy underground-level floor which is open to the street. This optically divides the building into two parts.
