Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování architektonické studie rodinného domu pro starší manželský pár s dospělými dětmi a vnoučaty. Součástí zadání bylo též vyhotovení vybraných částí z dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Pozemek pro výstavbu rodinného domu se nachází ve vilové oblasti Hanspaulka v pražské čtvrti Dejvice. Potenciál této lokality je mimo jiné ve výhledu na panorama celé Prahy včetně Pražského hradu. Koncept domu je inspirován samotnými investory a stabilitou jejich vztahu. Dvoupodlažní dům je umístěn na svažité parcele v její vrchní části. Celý prostor zahrady se tedy otevírá směrem na jihozápad, odkud je již zmíněný výhled na Prahu. Návrh zohledňuje věk obou investorů, proto je přízemí řešeno bezbariérově. U druhého podlaží se počítá s budoucí přestavbou na samostatnou bytovou jednotku pro nájemníka.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the processing of an architectural study of a family house for an older couple with adult children and grandchildren. Part of the assignment was also the preparation of selected parts from the documentation for construction. The land for the construction of a family house is located in a residential area of Hanspaulka in Prague's Dejvice district. The potential of this locality is, among other things, in the view of the panorama of Prague including Prague Castle. The concept of the house is inspired by the investors themselves and the stability of their relationship. The two-storey house is located on a sloping plot in its upper part. Thus, the entire garden area opens to the southwest, from where the aforementioned view of Prague is already mentioned. The proposal takes into account the age of both investors, so the ground floor is designed for wheelchair users. On the second floor, a future conversion to a separate tenant housing unit is planned.
