Rodinný dům

Abstract

V bakalářské práci je zpracován návrh studie rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Pozemek na parcele umístěně nad skálou v praze 5- hlubočepy. Stavba v sobe odrazi moderni pojeti existujici funkcionalisticke vilove zastavby, vystevene ve 20-80 letech 20 stoleti. Funkcni napln objektu je navrzena ve dvou zakladnich podlazich. Prizemi slouzi jako spolecna část, v nadzemnim podlazi jsou umistene loznice.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is design of a modern villa suitable for a four-member family. The house is located at the top of prague beautiful natural hills, that are part of hlubočepy city district. The structure is a modern tribute to the beauty of functionalistic villages standing nearby, which had been built there since 20-80 years. The house is divided into two areas, according to the floors - ground floor is designed for spending time with friends and the second floor is a more private zone.
