Rodinný dům

Abstract

Zadáním bakalářské práce je novostavba rodinného domu pro čtyř člennou rodinu o zastavitelné ploše 80 m2 a 50 % soběstačnosti během roku. Parcela se nachází na okraji památkové zóny v Českém Krumlově. Pozemek je mírně svažitý a orientovaný na sever. V blízkosti se nachází zástavba vil z počátku 20. století, tiskárna a škola. Na parcele musí být umístěny dvě parkovací stání. Objekt respektuje vilovou zástavbu a snaží se na ni vhodně navázat. Půdorys domu se skládá ze dvou hlavních hmot. Obdélník, do něhož je vetknutý čtverec. Z toho vyplývá i hmotový, užitný a materiálový koncept. Kontrast mezi pevnou hmotou budovy a lehkou vznášející se fasádou. Jednotlivé funkce těchto dvou hmot jsou tak jednoznačně dány. Pevné zděné jádro obsahuje vše, co je důležité pro funkci domu, a pohodlí obyvatel. Dřevěné stěny se jakoby jen opírají o okolní zdivo a utváří tak jedinečný otevřený prostor pro rozvoj rodiny.

The goal of the bachelor thesis was newly built family house designed for four person family with area of 80 m2 and with 50% energetic self-sufficiency during all year. Plot of the house is situated on the border of protected conservation area in Český Krumlov. Plot of the house is slightly hilly and situated to the north. There are multiple villas built in the beginning of 20th century, printing house and school situated in the close vicinity of the family house. The family house includes two parking spaces for cars. The design and conception of the family house is supplementing the design and arrangement of surrounding area. The family house consists of two main masses, rectangle with square included inside of the rectangle. Therefore, this essentially results in functioning utility and material concept. There is contrast between fixed mass of the building of the family house and light, almost levitating facade. Particular functions of these two masses are consequently clearly specified. The core of the building includes everything which is important for proper function of the house and assures comfort to its inhabitants. Wooden walls of the family house, with only lightly touching surrounding masonry, imply creation of unparalleled and unique area for creating family.
