Rodinný dům

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout pasivní rodinný dům pro čtyřčlenou rodinu v Praze na Barrandově. Jedná se o vilovou čvrť, kde stojí jedinečné funkcionalistické vily. Pozemek se nachází na severním cípu této oblasti a jeho velkou dominantou je nádherný panoramatický výhled na Prahu na severní straně. Hlavní koncept domu určuje jak orientace, tak tvar pozemku. Navržený objekt je dvoupodlažní, ale hlavní život rodiny se odehrává v přízemí domu. Přízemní hmota graduje do severní části pozemku k centru Prahy a z části nad terénem levituje. Materiálově je dům koncipován kontrastní fasádou z ocelových plechů Cor-Ten, která svým jedinečným způsobem stárne a davá domu přirozenou patinu. Centrální nejvyšší hmotu domu tvoří betonová fasáda. Tento design jemně dotváří zelená střecha.

Aim of this Bachelor´s thesis was to design a passive house for the four-member family in Barrandov district in Prague. Barrandov is known as a villa quarter with many unique functionalistic buildings. The lot is located in the northern part of this area and its dominant feature is a beautiful panoramic view of Prague on the north side. The main concept of the house is determined by the orientation and the shape of the lot. The designed building has two floors, but the lot life of the family is set on the ground floor. The ground-floor mass is rising to the northern part of the lot to the center of Prague and levitates the part above the terrain. The material of the house is a contrasting facade made of Cor-Ten steel sheets that ages in its unique way and give the house a natural patina. The central highest mass of the house has a concrete facade. This design is gently completed by the green roof.
