Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu v Praze, městská část Dejvice. Pozemek se nachází v ulici Na Špitálce a je součástí unikátního, dosud nezastavěného území v blízkosti centra města. Významným prvkem parcely je jižní výhled na Pražský hrad. Koncept domu je přizpůsoben výhledu a orientaci a je tvořen jednoduchou hmotou.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a project of a family house in Prague Dejvice. The site is situated in Na Špitálce street and is part of a unique yet undeveloped area that is close to the city center. Another important part of the site is its southern view on Prague Castle. The concept of the house is adapted to the view and orientation and formed simple matter.
