Abstract

Obsahem diplomové práce je tvorba architektonické studie a vybraná část projektu ve stupni dokumentace pro stavební povolení. Předmětem návrhu jsou nové budovy Ústředního autobusového nádraží Praha - Florenc. ÚAN se skládá ze souboru polyfunkčních objektů, které propojují veřejné městské funkce - obchodní centrum, administrativu a autobusové nádraží. Navrhovaný soubor staveb vychází z širší urbanistické a prostorově kompoziční souvislosti. Ta byla zpracována v rámci předdiplomního projektu a zabývala se revitalizací a dopravně urbanistickým řešením areálu Masarykova nádraží a ÚAN Florenc. Výchozím prvkem práce je umístění nádraží na střeše objektu, které je přímo napojeno na severo-jižní magistrálu a ulehčuje tak blízkému okolí od zatížení autobusovou dopravou. Cílem navazující diplomové práce je vytvoření reprezentativní budovy s ohledem na umístění v památkové zóně.

The content of the diploma thesis is the creation of an architectural study and selected part of the project in the stage of documentation for building permit. The subject of the project is the new buildings of the Central Bus Station Prague - Florenc. ÚAN consists of a set of multifunctional buildings that connect public city functions - a shopping center, administration and bus station. The suggested set of buildings is based on a wider urbanistic and spatially compositional context. It was prepared as part of a pre-diploma project and was focused on the revitalization and traffic-urban design of the Masaryk Station and ÚAN Florenc premises. The initial point of the work is the location of the station on the roof of the building which is directly connected to the north-south arterial road and helps the close surrounding to reduce bus traffic. The aim of the thesis is to create a representative building with regard to the location in the monument zone.
