Abstract

POLYFUNKČNÍ OBJEKT - LIBEREC Obsahem této diplomové práce je návrh polyfunkčního domu na pozemcích areálu bývalých městských jatek v Liberci, v městské části Jeřáb. V rámci předdiplomního projektu byla zpracována urbanistická koncepce tohoto území, z níž návrh řešeného objektu vychází. Řešený objekt je situován v jižní části pozemku, v blízkosti Janovodolského potoka. Jedná se o polyfunkční objekt, jehož hmota je tvořena dvěma výškovými budovami, které jsou navzájem spojeny přízemní budovou. Přízemní budova, s navrženými komerčními prostory, je využita k dotvoření uličního prostoru. Pod celým objektem je jedno podlaží podzemní, které slouží pro parkování. Východní hmota objektu, se třinácti nadzemními podlažími, je o jedno patro vyšší než budova západní. Důvodem této rozdílnosti je skutečnost, aby západní budova nebránila bytu s velkou terasou v nejvyšším podlaží východní budovy v jedinečném výhledu na Ještěd. Celý návrh provází myšlenka vertikálního lesa a zeleně obecně. Fasáda objektu je tak tvořena vertikálními pruhy zeleně umístěnými přímo na fasádě a květníky pro rostliny, které jsou umístěny po obvodu budovy a balkonů. Střecha budovy C je řešena jako zelená střecha, kde se nacházejí soukromé zahrádky jednotlivých bytů, ale také komunitní zahrada. V blízkosti objektu vede pěší promenáda podél Janovodolského potoka.

The content of this thesis is the architectural design of the polyfuctional building on the grounds of the former urban slaughterhouse in Liberec, in the municipal district Jeřáb. The urbanistic concept of this area was elaborated within the framework of the pre-master thesis project, on which the architectural design of the solved object is based. The object is situated in the southern part of the ground, close to the Janovodolský brook. It is a polyfunctional building consisting of two high-rise buildings that are connected to each other by a ground-floor building. This ground floor of the building, with designed commercial spaces, is used to complete the street space. Under the whole building is one underground floor, which is used for parking. The east mass of the building, with thirteen floors, is by one floor higher than the west building. The reason for this difference is that the western building does not hinder the apartment with a large terrace on the top floor of the eastern building in a unique view of Ješťed. The whole concept is is accompanied by the idea of a vertical forest and green areas in general. The facade of the building is thus formed by vertical stripes of greenery placed directly on the facade and flowerpots for plants, which are located around the perimeter of the building and balconies. The roof of the building C is designed as a green roof where private gardens of individual apartments are located, but also a community garden. A pedestrian promenade along the Janovodolský brook leads near the property.
