Polyfunkční dům Bubeneč

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh polyfunkčního domu u staré čistírny odpadních vod v Bubenči. Budova má 5 nadzemních podlaží a jedno podzemní. V Přízemí polyfunkčního domu se nacházejí dvě komerční jednotky, restaurace s otevřenou kuchyní a vstupní hala pro kancelářské prostory horních pater. V horních patrech se nacházejí malometrážní kancelářské prostory. Horní 5. patro funguje jako polo-zastřešená terasa s chillout zónou, barem a zázemím, tanečním parketem a pódiem. Hmota budovy je jednoduchého tvaru L, poslední dvě podlaží ustupují směrem ke středu a utvářejí terasy. Nosné svislé i vodorovné konstrukce jsou navrženy ze železobetonu. Fasáda je navržena jako provětrávaná fasáda s obkladem z režného zdiva a prosklené fasády.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the design of a multifunctional house by an old wastewater treatment plant in Bubeneč. The building has 1 underground and 5 overground floors. On the ground floor of the multifunctional house there are two commercial units, a restaurant with an open kitchen and an entrance hall for the office space of the upper floors. On the upper floors there are small office spaces. The 5th floor acts as a semi-covered terrace with a chillout zone, bar and facilities, a dance floor and a stage. The mass of the building is a simple L-shape, the last two floors recede towards the centre and form terraces. Supporting vertical and horizontal structures are made of reinforced concrete. The façade is designed as a ventilated facade with brickwork cladding and glazed facades.
