INNOCUBE - inovační centrum Mladá Boleslav

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem inovačního centra pro ŠKODA AUTO v Mladé Boleslavi. Umístění vychází z urbanistické studie vypracované v rámci předdiplomního projektu, který se zabýval vytvořením nového administračního centra na hranici závodu, a zároveň vzniku centra města Mladé Boleslavi. Projekt je zpracováván ve stupni architektonické studie, a vybraná část je rozšířena do stupně projektu pro stavební povolení. Objekt je usazen do samotného centra nové oblasti na hlavní osu území. Zároveň je umístěn na vyvýšenou část tak, že tvoří dominantu díky viditelnosti ze všech pohledových os. Inovační centrum je zajímavé díky svému atypickému půdorysnému tvaru, a díky zalomení šikmé pultové střechy. Hmota stavby vychází z konceptu vlaštovky, která má předávat myšlenky a inovace veřejnosti. Tato budova má sloužit k inspirativnímu pracovnímu prostředí, a a jako místo setkávání zaměstnanců ŠKODA AUTO a.s. a laické veřejnosti, pro předávání nových informací a vývojových změn v automobilovém průmyslu. Střecha budovy představuje list složeného papíru a světlý obvodový plášť má podpořit iluzi levitace. Díky kompletnímu prosklenému plášti a vyvýšenému terénu bude ze stavby výhled do širokého okolí. Budova nabízí nejen pracovní a setkávací prostředí, ale i velkou restauraci a přírodní vyžití díky izolované poloze v parku na kopci.

This Master's thesis deals with the design of the innovation center for ŠKODA AUTO in Mladá Boleslav. The location is based on an urban study carried out within the framework of a pre-diploma project that dealt with the creation of a new administration center on the border of the enterprise ŠKODA AUTO and at the same time the creation of the city center of Mladá Boleslav. The project is elaborated in the degree of architectural study and the selected part is extended to the level of the building permit. The building is located in the center of the new area on the main axis of the area. At the same time it is placed on the raised part so that it forms a dominant due to the visibility of all the view axes. The innovation center is interesting because of its atypical ground plan and the angled roof pitch. The mass of the building is based on the concept of the swallow, which is to convey ideas and innovations to the public. This building is intended for an inspiring working environment and a meeting place for ŠKODA AUTO employees and the Lai public to transmit new information and developments in the automotive industry. The roof of the building represents a sheet of folded paper, and the light facade is supposed to support the levitation illusions. Thanks to the complete glass facade and elevated terrain, the building will have a wide view. The building offers not only a working and meeting environment, but also a great restaurant and natural activities thanks to its isolated position in the park on the hill.
