Bytový dům Bubeneč

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh bytového domu v Bubenči. Na základě nově vypracované architektonicky-urbanistické studie oblasti Praha-Bubeneč, sousedící s Císařským ostrovem, byla navržena budova o šesti nadzemních a dvou podzemních podlaží. Objekt respektuje nově navrženou uliční čáru liniové zástavby bytových domů a zároveň působí jako důstojný společník technické památce staré čističky odpadních vod. Budova je funkčně a jasně hmotově rozdělena na komerční a provozní část v parteru a bytovou část nad ním. Ve vstupním podlaží se nachází restaurace a několik pronajímatelných provozoven. Ve zbylých nadzemních podlažích jsou umístěny bytové jednotky různé velikosti a dispozic, přístupné přes otevřenou pavlač. Unikátní částí tohoto projektu jsou dvě prosklené šachty za komunikačním jádrem, sloužící pro vertikální kořenové čističky.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of an apartment buiding located at Bubeneč. The design of the new building followed a newly developed architectural and urban concept for this part of the city, which neighbors with the sewage treatment plant, located on a Císařský isle. The building respects the linear street line and at the same time acts as a companion to the old sewage treatment plant building. The apartment building is functionally and visually divided into commercial part at the ground floor and the apartment part above. The ground floor consists of a restaurant and several other rentable business units. The apartments of various sizes and dispozitions are all located in the remaining above-ground floors and are reachable through a built on gallery. Unique part of this project are two glazed vertical shafts which serve for placement of a vertical root zone wastewater treatment.
