Polyfunkční objekt Liberec

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh polyfunkčního objektu v Liberci, na pozemcích bývalých jatek. V rámci předdiplomního projektu byla pro území vypracována urbanistická studie, proměňující dosud nezastavěné území brownfieldu na residenční čtvrť. Celý areál leží v městské části Jeřáb a je sevřený ulicemi Americká, Čerchovská a pěší promenádou podél Janovodolského potoka. Polyfunkční objekt, řešený v rámci diplomové práce, leží v jeho centrální části. Jedním z nejvýraznějších prvků navrženého urbanismu je výšková dominanta odkazující na komín původního areálu. Ten sloužil pro celou oblast nejen jako orientační bod, ale stejně jako komíny ostatních libereckých továren byl významnou součástí charakteristické siluety města. Potenciál vybrané lokality zvyšuje nejen zmíněný Janovodolský potok, ale hlavně přímý výhled na blízký Ještěd s televizním vysílačem. Výsledné architektonické řešení vychází z umístění objektu ve středu celé urbanistické kompozice, mezi dvěma náměstími. Základní myšlenkou je optické i přímé pěší propojení nového hlavního vstupu do území (autobusová zastávka na náměstí Na Porážce) s orientačním bodem území (vertikála na náměstí U Komína). Umístění nově vzniklé pasáže, snížení výšky objektu v místě prolomení fasády nad pasáží a vzniklá skleněná štěrbina v témže místě společně posilují a zdůrazňují význam výškové dominanty. Navrhovaný polyfunkční objekt vytváří podélná hmota, jejíž výškové členění vhodně reaguje na výšky sousedních objektů. Budova má v nejnižším místě tři nadzemní podlaží, nejvyšší část má podlaží pět. V prvním nadzemním podlaží jsou umístěny vstupy do bytových sekcí a pronajímatelné komerční prostory. Podzemní podlaží je z jižní strany přímo přístupné z úrovně spodního náměstí U Komína a jsou zde taktéž umístěny pronajímatelné komerční prostory.

The diploma thesis presents the concept of a polyfunctional object located in the city of Liberec in the place of the former slaughterhaus. The thesis builds upon a preceding project that aimed to create an urbanistic study of transforming the current brownfield area into a residential district. The aforesaid district is located in the Jeřáb city part and is surrounded by the streets Americká, Čerchovská and a walking promenade alongside the Jandolovského stream. The thesis follows this study by selecting an object in the central part of the district and creating a detailed architectonic solution for the building. The urbanistic study introduces a distinctive dominant for this district - a high rising monolith referring to the chimney of the former slaughterhaus. This chimney represented a local landmark and alongside with other industrial chimneys formed a distinctive skyline of Liberec city. Apart from the Janovodolský stream, the high potential of selected locality is enhanced by the sight of the nearby Ještěd ridge with the well known TV transmitter. The architectonic solution, suggested by this thesis, is determined by the location of the building directly between two squares. The solution aims to optically as well as directly connect the main entrance to the district (bus stop Na Porážce) with the local landmark (high-rising monolith located in the U Komína square). The significance of this landmark is further emphasised by a newly found passage and the reduced height of the building above this passage. The suggested building is formed by a longitudinal mass, whose height varies according to surrounding buildings. The lowest part of the building has three floors, while the highest point of the building is located on the fifth floor. The first floor of the building contains entrances into residential flats as well as a rentable space for commercial purposes. The underground floor of the building is accessible via the southern entrance from the square U Komína and also contains a rentable space for commercial purposes.
