Polyfunkční objekt Liberec

Abstract

Obsahem diplomové práce je vytvoření polyfunkčního objektu na pozemku bývalých jatek v Liberci, který navazuje na urbanistickou studii předdiplomního projektu. Řešený objekt je situován ve středu území u navrženého náměstí, které se nachází u frekventované Americké ulice nedaleko autobusové autobusové zastávky. Objekt díky průchodu spojuje tento hlavní centrální prostor s přírodním parkem navrženým u Janovodolského potoka. Architektonické řešení objektu vychází z urbanistického konceptu propojení hlavního ‘‘dlážděné‘‘ náměstí s náměstím ‘‘zeleným‘‘. Dochází tak ke střetu nepravidelné plochy zeleně pronikající od potoka, s pravidelnou plochou náměstí, což způsobí pootočení a vybočení hmot. Pootočení věží je směrem na jih s výhledem na Ještěd. Polyfunkční objekt se dělí na tři jedenáctipodlažní obytné věže, které jsou spojeny komerčními plochami v přízemí. Poslední ustouplé patro má terasu a je věnováno větším luxusním bytům. V prostřední věži se nacházejí byty menších velikostí. Objekt má společné podzemní podlaží, kde jsou navrženy hromadné garáže. Všechny tři věže mají po celém svém obvodě balkóny na kterých jsou umístěné také posuvné stínící panely, kterými si obyvatelé bytu můžou regulovat své soukromí. Na jižní straně jsou tyto balkóny větší a umožňují tak obyvatelům příjemný odpočinek s výhledem na Ještěd a zeleň s pěší promenádou u Janovodolského potoka.

The content of the thesis consists in the creation of a polyfunctional building on the site of the former slaughterhouse in Liberec, which follows up on the urban study of the pre-diploma project. The building is situated in the middle of the territory near the designed square, which is located near the busy Americká Street in the vicinity of the bus stop. Thanks to the passage, the building connects this main central area with a natural park designed near Janovodolský Creek. The architectural solution of the building is based on the urban concept of connecting the main ''cobbled'' square with a ''green'' square. This results in a clash between the irregular surface of the green area extending from the creek and the regular surface of the square, causing the rotation and deviation of matter. The rotation of the towers is towards the south with a view of Ještěd. The polyfunctional building is divided into three eleven-storey residential towers, which are connected by commercial areas on the ground floor. The last recessed floor has a terrace and is dedicated to larger luxury apartments. In the middle tower, there are apartments of smaller sizes. The building has a common underground floor, where mass garages are designed. All three towers have balconies all around their perimeter with sliding shading panels that the apartment residents can use to regulate their privacy. On the south side, these balconies are larger and thus provide residents with the possibility for pleasant rest with a view of Ještěd and greenery with a pedestrian promenade at Janovodolský Creek.
