Polyfunkční objekt Liberec

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce bylo navrhnout nové polyfunkční objekty v Liberci na území bývalých jatek. Diplomová práce navazuje na předdiplomovou, ve které byl vytvořen urbanistický koncept území. Nové hmotové řešení vycházející z tohoto konceptu bere v úvahu také stávající zástavbu. Rozmístění jednotlivých budov zohledňuje světové strany a snaží se nebránit průhledům na krajinnou dominantu Ještěd. Nová zástavba v sobě skrývá komerční plochy v parteru a byty v dalších podlažích.

Thesis project focused on design of new polyfunctional building in Liberec in the territory of the former slaughterhouse. This project is based on urban study from pre-diploma work. Floor plan of the newly designed object reacts to the surrounding building and the concept is created, the layout on the world side is due to dazzling and also to the Jested dominant. The new building conceals the commercial function of the parterre and the residential function on the other floors.
