Hotel Garni u bývalých Branických ledáren

Abstract

Obsahem diplomové práce je návrh hotelu typu Garni ve standardu ***. Objekt se nachází nedaleko areálu bývalých Branických ledáren. Tvarové řešení objektu vychází z předdiplomního projektu a byl lehce upraven kvůli poažadavkům na provoz. Jedná se o jednoduchý koncept dvou hmot, který je v souladu s potřebami a charakterem dané lokality. Kromě hotelového provozu nabízí objekt doplňkové funkce fitcentra a wellness, které mohou fungovat nezávisle na hotelu.

The content of the thesis is a design of the hotel type Garni in the standard ***. The building is located near the premises of the former ice halls in Braník. The shape of the building is based on a pre-master project and was slightly modified for business criteria. It is a simple concept of two masses that is consistent with the needs and character of the site. In addition to the hotel service, the premises offer additional fitness and wellness facilities, which can operate independently.
