Polyfunkční objekt Liberec

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je vytvoření polyfunkčního objektu v Liberci, který se nachází na území bývalých městských jatek, které je v současné době nevyužité a tento brownfield tak nabízí ideální příležitost k rozvoji města. Návrh navazuje na urbanistickou studii předdiplomového projektu. Kombinací komerčních prostor, bytového domu a nově vzniklých veřejných prostor se zelení a přístupem k revitalizovanému potoku vzniká ucelená část města, která je funkční, šetrná k okolí a zároveň přináší užitek nejen pro nové uživatele, ale i pro okolní obyvatele a návštěvníky města. Navržený polyfunkční objekt má jedno podzemní a šest nadzemních podlaží. Řešený objekt tvaru U je členěn na několik hmot, na což reaguje i jejich materiálové řešení. Základní třípodlažní hmota tvaru L byla doplněna nástavbou v podobě dvou různě ustouplých podlaží, kde se nachází větší byty s terasami umožňující výhled do klidné jižní části a na Ještěd. Poslední hmota doplňující tvar je zkrácena v reakci na protilehlou budovu. Vzhledem k vhodné orientaci ke světovým stranám i umístění do klidné části jsou zde navrženy velké byty 4+KK. Fasáda směrem do přilehlých ulic se uzavírá a tvoří tak bariéru, naopak směrem do klidné jižní části je celá otevřená, jsou zde balkony, terasy a umožňuje tak obyvatelům výhled.

The aim of this thesis is to create a polyfunctional building which is situated in the area of ​​former slaughterhouse in the city of Liberec. Chosen area is currently unused, so this brownfield offers an oportunity for city development. This project follows up with the urban study made in and the pre-diploma project. A combination of comercional space, apartment building and newly created public area make new district, which is functional, environment friendly and also useful for not only new users, but also for citizens and visitors of the city. The polyfunctional building has one floor under ground and six floors above the ground. U-shaped object is divided into several masses, which is reflected in the materiál solution. The three-floor L-shaped mass is supplemented by an extension in the form of two differently leveled floors, where are apartments with terraces and a nice view to the inner part of the whole area and of Ještěd. The last mass complementing the shape is shortened in response to the opposite building. Concidering the cardinal points and location of the building in the whole area, large apartements 4+KK type are situated in the peaceful part of the area. The facade facing the surrounding streets is closing to create a barrier, but facade facing the calmer area is open with balconies, terraces and a beautiful view. The building has been designed from architectural, constructional, static and technical point of view.
