Abstract

Tato diplomová práce řeší novostavbu polyfunkčního domu v areálu bývalých jatek v Liberci. Práce navazuje na předdiplomní projekt minulého semestru, který řešil urbanismus širšího území. Z navržených tří blokovývh objektů dále zpracovávám prostřední s náměstím a nábřežím. Tvar objektu kopíruje linii potoka a pravoúhlý blok tak přechází na jižní straně do zkoseného úhlu. Navrhuji polyfunkční budovu převážně s funkcí bydlení, komercí, kavárnou a volnočasovým centerm v prvním podlaží.

This master thesis presents a new polyfunctional building designed in the area of the former slaughterhouse in Liberec. The paper is a continuation of the last semester pre-diploma project which solves the urbanism of the wider area. I continue to process the middle of the three blocks by the central square and the waterfront. The shape of the building follows the line of the stream and the rectangular block on the south side moves to the angle. I designe polyfunctional building mainly with the function of housing and commerce, cafe and leisure center on the first floor.
