Polyfunkční objekt Liberec

Abstract

Novostavba polyfunkčního domu v areálu bývalých jatek v Liberci. Tvar stavby reaguje na urbanistickou koncepci daného území a dotváří centrální část území. Objekt svou konstrukcí překračuje průjezdnou osu území a podporuje pěší pohyb na hlavním náměstí. Polyfunkční budova nabízí restauraci a komerční prostory v parteru a bytové jednotky ve vyšších podlažích.

This newly built multifunctional building, close in proximity to the former slaughterhouse in Liberec, was designed in a way that responds to the surrounding urban atmosphere, and adds the finishing touches to the central part of the area. The building is constructed as somewhat of a thoroughfare, promoting pedestrian movement within the main square. The building offers restaurants and commercial spaces on the main floor, as well as residential units on the upper floors.
