The b?chelor thesis focuses on modeling ? decompression of left ventricle during extr?corpore?l membr?ne ox?gen?tion. The thesis describes the method of decompression of the left ventricle b? introducing ? dr?in?ge c?theter. ? stud? of the pressure drops in the c?theter is c?rried out when ch?nging its geometric p?r?meters ?nd the flow through ? centrifug?l pump ?nd is supported b? experiment?l d?t?. It is found out th?t with the incre?sing di?meter of the c?theter, the pressure gr?dient decre?ses. The model of ECMO el?stic tubes is implemented in the Simulink progr?m. B?sed on this model, there ?re selected di?meters of c?rdiov?scul?r c?theters th?t c?n be used for pressure-s?fe LV decompression.
