Bytový komplex, Liberec - Perštýn

Abstract

Diplomová práce navazuje na předdiplomní projekt urbanistické koncepce území Perštýn v Liberci. Perštýn patří mezi bolavá místa města a bylo tak žádoucí tuto díru zaplnit. Vybranou částí přediplomního projektu, která je předmětem diplomové práce, je komplex tří bytových domů se společným zázemím. Hmotové řešení celeho objektu vychází ze stávajících vrstevnic vzniklých po stavební jámě, která se v současné době v místě nachází. Rozmístění a potočení jednotlivých hmot zároveň vychází z potřeby oslunění bytů a možností výhledů na malebné centrum Liberce, na což reaguje svým projevem fasáda. Společný sokl objektu spojuje věže a zároveň nabízí prostory k pronájmu, které dají hlavní pěší komunikaci a předprostoru stavby život. Hmotu dotváří vegetace, která tvoří jednotlivé střechy prvního a druhé podlaží mezi vežemi bytového domu, a vytváří tak předzahrádky a společné prostory.

This thesis is a follow-up to my pre-thesis project of the urbanistic draft of the Perštýn area in Liberec. Perštýn has been a problematic part of the city for a long time and therefore required focused attention. The main subject of this thesis is a housing complex consisting of three residential buildings with a shared foundation that was introduced in my pre-thesis project. The architectural design of the whole project uses contours that are currently present in the area after a construction hole has been dug up recently. The placement and orientation of the complex answers the needs to have the apartments lit by sunlight and to face the scenic centre of Liberec. This is also reflected by the façade of the buildings. The single shared foundation of the complex creates a base for all three buildings and connects them together. The three buildings will be interconnected from the bottom up to the second storey. The remaining space between the buildings is fit to be used for renting and is designed in such a way as to inject life into the open space between and around the buildings. Vegetation will be used to put the finishing touches to the whole project. It will cover the interconnecting parts of the complex on both the first and the second storey. It will offer additional space that can be used for small gardens, parks or for any other ways to use a public space.
