Konverze bývalé teplárny Veleslavín

Abstract

Cieľom diplomovej práce bol návrh konverzie objektu bývalej teplárne Veleslavín, ktorá sa má stať centrom revitalizovaného územia. Za týmto účelom v objekte vzniklo komunitné a coworkingové centrum, ktoré bude slúžiť obyvateľom z blízkeho, ale aj širšieho okolia. Objekt si zachoval pôvodný industriálny výraz, ktorý bol ešte podporený použitím fotovoltaických panelov na južnej dvojitej fasáde. Predmetom spracovania je aj časť projektovej dokumentácie v rozsahu pre stavebné povolenie, statické a konštrukčné riešenie objektu a štúdia umelého osvetlenia. Projekt úzko nadväzuje na preddiplomový projekt, ktorý je súčasťou tohto portfólia.

The aim of my Master's thesis was to design conversion of former heating plant Veleslavin, that is supposed to become the center of revitalized area. For this purpose, was designed a community and a coworking center, which will be used by residents from vicinity and wider areas. Building has preserved its authentic industrial look, which was supported by using photovoltaics panels on south façade. The project documentation to the extent of building permit, static and structural design of the building and study of artifi cial light are also objects of a treatment. My Master's thesis is closely linked to Pre-Master's thesis project, which is part of the portfolio.
