Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je novostavba **** hotelu situovaná v nově navrhované městské čtvrti Krasnyj Dvor v Brestu v Bělorusku. Umístění a hmotový koncept diplomové práce vychází z urbanistické studie v dané oblasti v rámci předdiplomního projektu, který byl zpracován na zahraniční univerzitě v rámci programu ERASMUS + v Mariboru, ve Slovinsku. Řešený objekt se nachází hned vedle hlavní silnice, je tvaru L s nárožní dominantou, která převyšuje okolní zástavbu, a tak se stává jedním z hlavních identifikačních prvků v dané oblasti, navíc nabízí výhled na celé město Brest. Řešení konstrukce musí umožnit průchod do vnitrobloku, kde se nachází veřejný prostor, jehož koncepční řešení je také součástí této práce. Program hotelu je doplněn o kongresový sál, zasedací místnosti, restauraci a kavárnu s výhledem na celé město a o wellness centrum s posilovnou.

The proposal of diploma thesis is a design of new building of **** hotel located in new city district Krasnyj Dvor in Brest, Belarus. The Location and the conceptual design of the diploma thesis are based on urban study made in prior-diploma project which was designed at University of Maribor, Slovenia. The hotel building is situated next to the main road, it is L shaped with narrow dominant, which is higher than neighboring buildings. That is the reason why this building becomes one of the main orientation points in this new city centre. It also offers incredible view on whole city of Brest. A building construction has to allow an access into the courtyard, where is public space. Concept of the public space is also part of this diploma thesis. Program of hotel run is supplemented by congress hall, meeting offices, restaurant and caffe bar with lookout on the city of Brest and wellness centre with gym.
