Hotel, Praha 10 - Hagibor

Abstract

Diplomová práce navazuje na přediplomní projekt, ve kterém bylo hlavním úkolem nové urbanistické řešení v Praze-část Vinohrady. Obsahem této práce je architektonický a technický návrh pětihvězdičkového hotelu. Cílem bylo navrhnout hotel vysokého standardu vybavení a wellness služeb. Hmotové řešení působí jako jeden objekt, ale uvnitř je dělen na tři provozně oddělené části. Má jednopodzemní podlaží a v nejvyšší části 12 nadzemních podlaží. Hmotu objektu tvoří komolé kužele. Hlavním materiálem použitým v projektu je sklo. Lehký obvodový plášť umožňuje propojení interiéru s exteriérem. Toto řešení a vhodná orientace ubytovacíh prostor poskytne cenný výhled na panorama celé Prahy.

This thesis is folowing the pre-diploma project in which the main task was the new urban solution in part of Prague- Vinohrady. The content of this thesis is an architectural and technical design of five stars hotel. The purpose of thesis was desing hotel of hight standard of equipment and wellness. The mass solution is making an impression of a single object, but inside it is divided into three operationally separates parts. It has got one basement an in the highest part there all the twelve floors. The mass of the object is made of unilaterally skewed truncated cone. The main material wich is used in the project is glass. Lightweith cladding allows linking the interion and the exterior. The solution and suitable orientation of the accommodation will provide a valuable view of Prague.
