Abstract

Anotace Navrhovaný objekt se nachází v Praze 6 - Veleslavín, jedná se o objekt domu s pečovatelskou službou. Je situovaný v areálu již nevyužívané teplárny sousedící s novým areálem Pražské teplárenské. Toto území, řešené již v předdiplomním projektu, obsahuje prostorově dominantní původní objekt teplárny, ponechaný pro možnost konverze na polyfunkční využití. Řešený dům s pečovatelskou službou je součástí bývalé zauhlovací šachty, která je jedním ze třech ponechaných objektů bývalého provozu teplárny. Územím řešeného areálu prochází železniční trať, tvořící bariéru, kterou jsem svedením do tunelu odstranil pro zpřístupnění území ze severu. Dalším krokem dopravního řešení bylo spojení ulice Evropská a ulice Na Petřinách tranzitní komunikací pro snížení intenzity motorové dopravy v území. Architektonické ztvárnění domu vychází z hodnot daných lokalitou a z prostorových souvislostí území. Myšlenkou návrhu bylo vytvoření objektu s poloveřejnými prostory v kontrastu na pevnou monumentální hmotu stávajícího objektu teplárny. Řešením je seskupení a návaznost objektů na stávající konstrukci zauhlovací šachty tak, aby vznikly tři poloveřejné prostory. Jsou to prostory pro odpočinek s přilehlou bylinkovou zahrádkou, navazující na stávající zauhlovací šachtu. Ta zároveň slouží v parteru jako místo odpočinku se zelení, skleníkem a v podzemním podlaží z části jako wellness a relaxační centrum. Posledním prostorem je venkovní wellness se saunami, v návaznosti na terénní valy. Nově vzniklé objekty jsou k zauhlovací šachtě přisazeny prosklenými hmotami schodiště. Ve východní části území je navržen objekt s pečovatelkou službou, pokoji a wellness navazujícím na venkovní prostor a dále jsem ostatní prostory definoval dvěma hmotami s pokoji, území uzavírá z jižní strany prosklený objekt s jídelním barem, seminární místností a zelenou střechou se stromy. Fasády kombinují materiály bílé jemné omítky s prosklenými plochami a systémem dřevěné předsazené fasády, sloužící jako stínící prvek. U výrazných prosklených ploch, především vstupních hal, z fasády vystupují kvádry s vnitřním sezení.

Abstract The designed project is located in Prague 6 - Veleslavín, and it is a building of a nursing home. It is situated in the premise of a no-longer used heating plant adjacent to a new premise of the "Pražská teplárenská" company. This area, already dealt with in a pre-diploma project, includes spatially dominant, original premise of the heating plant, left for a potential conversion with multifunctional utilization. The designed building with a nursing home is a part of a former colliery for coal, which is one of the three maintained premises of the former heating plant. There is a railroad going through the designed premise, presenting a barrier, which I have removed by placing it into a tunnel and thus made the area accessible from the northern side. The next step of the transport arrangement was connecting of the Evropská and Na Petřinách streets by transit communications for the reduction of traffic intensity in the area. Architectonic depiction of the building is rooted in the values of the locality and in the spatial circumstances of the area. The idea of the project was the creation of an object with semi-public premises in contrast with the solid monumental mass of the existing premises of the heating plant. The solution is the grouping of the objects and their continuity of the existing construction of the coal colliery in such a way that three semi-public premises would be created. These are meant for relaxation, with an adjacent herb garden connected to the existing the coal colliery. The colliery also serves as a place for relaxation with greenery, a greenhouse and underground there is a section serving as a wellness and relaxation center. The last of the premises is an outside wellness center with saunas, connected to the green hills. The newly-emerged objects are connected with the the coal colliery by glass stairs. The eastern side of the area contains a designed object with nursing home, rooms and a wellness center connected to the outside premises, and next I have defined the other premises by two parts with rooms, and the area is closed from the southern side with a glass object with a food bar, a seminar room and a green roof with trees. Facades are a combination of fine white plastering with glass surfaces and a system of wooden facade, serving as a means of shade. The distinctive glass surfaces, especially the entering halls, contain blocks that stick out and provide seating inside.
