Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá řešením souboru wellness centra v Paze 10, Strašnice na území Hagibor. Návrh vychází z předdiplomního projektu, který byl zpravocán v zimním semestru. Předdiplomní práce řešila možnosti využitelnosti území a udala urbanistické řešení, do kterého byl navržen soubor wellness centra. Budovy jsou doplňkem lineárně řešeného území s odlišným hmotovým řešením pro vymezení centra oblasti, i pro zdůraznění své funkce. Wellness centrum se skládá ze dvou budov_ jižní objekt zahrnuje restauraci, squashové centrum, masáže, sauny, solária a veřejný bazén, severní budova slouží pro volnčasové sporty, spinning, posilovnu, heat, lezeckou stěnu a tělocvičnu. Vzhledem k rozsahu řešeného území jsou oba objekty zpracovány v podrobnosti studie, jižní budova_bazén je dále řešena do podrobnosti konstrukručního řešení, statických výpočtů a technického zařízení budovy.

Master's project is dealing with wellness center in Prague 10, Strasnice more precisely Hagibor. The concept elaborates from the pre-master's project which has been processed in the winter semester. The pre-master's project set up the possibility of usage of the environment as well as the urban concept, in which was set the wellness center. Buildings are linearly complement of the area with a different object solution for defining downtown areas and to emphasize its function. The wellness center consists of two buildings - the restaurant, squash center, massages, saunas, solairums and public pool is in the southern annex, the nortehrn annex is for leisure activities, spinning, gym, heat and climbing wall. Given the extent of the area both objects are processed in the details of the study, south building _ swimming pool is further addressed in detail construction solutions , calculations and technical equipment of buildings .
