Polyfunkční dům, Liberec - Perštýn

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh polyfunkčního domu v centru Liberce. Práce navazuje na předdiplomový projekt, který řeší urbanistickou studii daného území. Navrhovaný objekt je součástí obchodně administrativní zóny, která je situovaná v blízkosti dopravního uzlu a plynule přechází do zóny pro bydlení s parkem. Součástí práce je řešení parteru a lávky pro pěší, která vede přes dané území. Cílem bylo řešení, které vhodně navazuje na stávající zástavbu a poskytne příjemné prostředí pro práci, bydlení i volný čas.

The subject of the thesis is a proposal of a multifunctional house in the centre of Liberec. The thesis follows up on the pre-thesis project which deals with the urbanistic study of the given area. The proposed object is a part of an administrative zone which is situated near the intersection and continuous to the living zone with a park. A constituent part of the thesis is the solution of the public space and the bridge for pedestrians that leads over the given area. The aim of the thesis was to find a solution which appropriately continues on the existing construction and which will provide a comfortable environment for work, living and the leisure too.
