Polyfunkční dům, Liberec - Perštýn

Abstract

ANOTACE Zadáním diplomové práce bylo vyřešit studii polyfunkčního domu v lukrativní části centra města Liberce. Práce úzce navazuje na předdiplomní projekt, kde byla předmětem řešení urbanistická koncepce daného území. Toto území je vymezeno ulicemi Na Perštýně a U Krematoria. Pozemek má velmi členitou morfologii díky výkopům pro plánovanou výstavbu nákupní galerie, která se ale neuskutečnila. Na severozápad terén klesá směrem do centra, zatímco na jihovýchod stoupá ke klidné části města - zástavby rodinných domů a areálu hřbitova. V blízkosti této lokality se nachází několik nákupních center a veškerá občanská vybavenost včetně dopravního uzlu MHD - terminál Fugnerova. Polyfunkční dům je tvořen ze čtyř sekcí, které jsou od sebe v jedné části oddělené průchodem. Ve vstupním podlaží jsou umístěny komerční prostory, které jsou přístupné ze severní strany - směrem od centra. V dalších nadzemních podlažích jsou bytové jednotky. Koncept domu je založen na bydlení v zeleni, který se odráží na fasádě. Díky prosklené jižní straně domu doplněné o zeleň se bydlení prolíná s přilehlým parkem.

The assignment of the diploma thesis was to solve a study of the multifunction house in a lucrative part in center of Liberec. The study closely follows the prediploma project, which was the subject of urbanistic concept solution in the given territory. This territory is delimited by the streets On Perštýně and Crematorium. The land is of a very dissected morphology due to excavation for the planned construction of a shopping mall.But such hasn´t been realized. The terrain descends towards to the center on northwest, whereas on southwest side it ascends to a quiet part of town-building family houses and a cemetery. There are a few shopping centres and all amenities, including public transportation hub-Terminal Fugnerova street located in neighborhood The multifunctional house is designed from four sections, which are separated from each order in one part of the passage. There are commercial areas located in the entrance floor that are accessible from the northeast direction from the town centre. There are dwelling units in the other floors The concept of the house is based on housing in the green vegetation, which is reflected on the facade. Due to the glazed south side of the house, supplemented by the green vegetation ,the housing is penetrated with an adjacent park.
