Galerie u Vltavy - Lannova/Revoluční

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je navrhnout novostavbu galerie s doplňujícími provozy a vyřešit předpolí Štefánikova mostu v lokalitě Lannova / Revoluční v Praze 1. Práce vychází z ideového řešení urbanistického návrhu zpracovaného v předdiplomním projektu. Studie vychází z historie daného místa a její snahou je navrátit lokalitě původní industriální charakter nejen zvolenou formou, ale také zaměřením samotné galerie, kterým je průmyslový design. Návrh reflektuje předurčenou palácovou zástavbu tolik typickou pro břehovou linii Vltavy a propojuje ji s drobným měřítkem přilehlých historických budov. V rámci projektu byly vytvořeny nové body zájmů pro veřejnost, kterými jsou nejen výstavní prostory galerie, ale také tvůrčí dílny, kavárna, čítárna a další. Hlavním cílem projektu je spojení soudobé architektury s odkazem na historii periférie Petrské čtvrti a důstojné začlenění budov do struktury města.

The subject matter of this diploma thesis is to design a new building of gallery with additional operations and to resolve the foreland of Stefanik's bridge in the area of Lannova / Revoluční in Prague 1. The thesis is based on the ideological solution of an urbanistic design created in a pre-diploma project. The study is based on the history of the given place and its endeavor is to return the original industrial character to the area not only by using the chosen form, but also by using of the focus of the gallery itself, which is industrial design. The design reflects predetermined palace build-up area so typical for shoreline of Vltava river and connects it with the subtle scale of the adjacent historical buildings. Within the scope of the project new points of interest for the public were created, whereas these are not only an exhibition spaces of the gallery, but also a creative workshop, café, reading club and more. The main goal of the project is the connection of contemporary architecture with the reference to the history of peripherals of Petrská district and dignified integration of buildings into the structure of the city.
