Abstract

Přehrada Lipno se nachází v Jihočeském kraji a je největší vodní nádrží České republiky. Na západním břehu se nachází lokalita B, s připravenými stavebními parcelami. Pozemek o výměře 1034 m2, je položen v bezprostřední blízkosti vodní plochy a je momentálně zalesněn. Svažuje se směrem k vodní ploše a převýšení činí cca 5 m. Dopravní komunikace jsou vedeny v severní straně lokality, čímž je zajištěna ideální orientace objektu směrem na jih. Dle požadavků investora, je dům určen pro čtyřčlennou rodinu, která má zálibu v plachtění a měl by také obsahovat pracovnu, s pokojem pro hosty. V návrhu je objekt rozčleněn na dvě hmoty, které jsou spojené proskleným krčkem, který ještě více umocňuje kontakt s přírodou. Hlavní objekt je základnou rodinného domu a menší objekt skrývá přidruženou funkci v podobě pracovny, pokoje pro hosty a v zadní části garáže, do které je příjezd ze severní strany a obsahuje plochu pro dva automobily. Hlavní myšlenkou návrhu byla reakce na veškeré přírodní elementy, voda, vítr, země. Utopická idea rozvíjí působení těchto vlivů na konstrukci při jejich nesmírné síle a tím přetvoření archetypálního tvaru, tradičního domu s půdorysným tvarem obdélníku a sedlovou střechou. Tím vznikají zbořené a deformované plochy, které se projevují na tvaru objektů. Tyto plochy jsou ve specifických částech, převážně jižní a východní strany, velkoformátově proskleny, aby zprostředkovaly přirozenou návaznost na prostornou zahradu a přijímání co nejvíce denního světla. Velké skleněné plochy jsou členěny tak, aby umožnily přirozené větrání a pohodlnou obslužnost, v jižní části jsou velké francouzské dveře, které po otevření umožní vstup na geometricky tvarovanou terasu, ta plynule přechází ve stejné úrovni 1NP. Výškovou úroveň svažitosti terénu vyrovnává suterén, který se nachází pod úrovní terénu a slouží jako technické zázemí a prostorné úložiště sportovních a jiných potřeb, s přímým vstupem na pozemek. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází společenské části, vstupní chodba v severní části, koupelna a v jižní části prostorný obývací pokoj propojen s jídelnou a kuchyní. Druhé nadzemní podlaží obsahuje, v jižní části, ložnici rodičů s vlastní koupelnou a poutavým výhledem na vodní plochu, v severní části dva dětské pokoje též s vlastní koupelnou a otevřený galerijní prostor který je situován v jihovýchodní části a podtrhuje otevřenost a vzdušnost prostoru. Vzhledem k složitému tvarování objektů, zde byl zvolen jako hlavní stavební materiál železobeton, v případě hlavního objektu, i objektu s vedlejší funkcí. Spojovací krček je vyhotoven z ocelové konstrukce, po obvodu zasklen a v jižní straně jsou francouzské dveře, umožňující také vstup na zahradu. Fasáda od sebe objekty již odděluje, v případě hlavní hmoty je použit obklad z cedru a menší objekt je ponechán v pohledovém betonu, jako kontrast přírody a moderních materiálů. Na pozemku se dále nachází, vybudované chodníčky, které umožňují pohodlný vstup k vodní ploše, vzrostlé stromy a udržovaná nízká zeleň, která stylově navazuje na okolní přírodu a podtrhuje hlavní klady celé parcely.

The lake Lipno is located in the South Bohemian Region and is the largest water reservoir of the Czech republic. There is a location B on the west bank with prepared building plots. The land area of 1034 m2 is located in a very close distance to the water surface and is currently forested. It is slopping toward the water surface, and the height is approximately 5 metres. Transport communications are routed to the north side of the location to ensure the ideal orientation of the object to the south. According to the investor, the house is designed for a family of four, who has a penchant for sailing and should also include an office with a guest room. In the proposal the object is divided into two buildings which are connected through a glass neck that enhances the contact with nature even further. The main building is the primary base of the house and the smaller building contains an associated function in the form of an office space, a guest room and a garage in the back part of the building, which is open to the north side and includes space for two cars. The main idea behind this project was a reaction to the all natural elements, water, wind, soil. An utopian idea develops the effect of the influances of the construction of their immense power and the transformation of the archetypal shape of a traditional house with a rectangular and a gabled roof. This creates demolished and deformed areas which are reflected in the shape of objects. These areas are in specific parts mainly south and east sides large format glazed to mediate a natural connection to a spacious garden and receiving as much daylight as possible. The large glass areas are sturctured so as to allow a natural ventilation and a convenient serviceability, in the southern part are the large French doors that allow entrance on to the geometrically shaped terrace that continuously flows at the same level of the 1st floor. The elevation of the slope of the terrain aligns a basement, which is located below the ground level, and serves as a technical room and a spacious storage of a sports and other equipment, with direct access to the land. There is a social area on the first floor, an entrance hall in the northern part, a bathroom, and a spacious living room in the southern part connected to the kitchen and dinning room. The second floor includes in the southern part, a parents bedroom with en suite bathroom and magnificent views over the lake. In the northern part two children's bedrooms also with en suite bathroom and an open gallery area which is situated in the southeastern part and emphasizes openness and airiness of the space. Given the complex and difficult shaping objects of the building, there has been a reinforced concrete chosen as the main building material for both the main and secondary objects. The connection neck is made of steel construction the perimetr glazing and there are French doors in the south side allowing to enter the garden. The facade is what makes both buildings different from each other. The main material used for the main building was a cedar and the smaller building is left in an exposed concrete, as a contrast of nature and modern materials. On the plot we can also find constructed walkways that allow a comfortable access to the lake, trees and a low greenery which stylistically connects the the natural surroundings and highlights the main benefits of the entire parcel.
