Rodinný dům

Abstract

Zadáním bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout rodinný dům v Nebušicích u Prahy pro sebe samé. Pozemek se nachází v nesourodé zástavbě rodinných domů z různých období. Návrh hmoty byl v souladu s rostoucím potencionálem Nebušic a jejím rozvojem. Hlavními kritérii byla velikost pozemku, jeho proporce, umístění zahrady na sever a umístění stavební čáry. Dům čerpá sluneční energii ze tří světových stran, zároveň umožňuje i průhled do celé zahrady na severní stranu. Půdorysný tvar objektu do "L" má význam zákoutí pro exteriérové zázemí a současně tvoří krytý prostor z ulice pro více soukromí.

Annotation Specifications of the bachelor thesis was to design a house in Nebusice near Prague for me . The estate is located in a disorderly construction of houses from different periods. Draft model was in line with the growing potential Nebusice and its development . The main criteria was the size of the estate , its proportions , the situate of the garden to the north and the location of building line . The house draws solar energy from three cardinal points also enable view to the garden on the north side. Plan shape of the object to the " L " has the meaning nooks for outdoor facilities and simultaneously creates a covered space on the street for more privacy .
