Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu v Lukášově - severní části města Jablonec nad Nisou. Výhodou zadání je dobrá orientace ke světovým stranám, velikost pozemku a krásný výhled na Liberec. Oproti tomu nevýhodou je velké omezení ze strany územního plánu a z technického hlediska potom, že parcela není připojena, vyjma elektřiny, na žádné inženýrské sítě. Terén pozemku, o rozloze 5 344m2 , je svažitý s převýšením 25 m ve směru východ-západ. Mým cílem bylo navrhnout funkční, kvalitní a úsporný objekt pro bydlení tak, aby vyhovoval veškerému omezení a zároveň požadavkům investora. Výsledkem je 4 podlažní objekt reagující na svah, bezprostřední okolí pozemku a průhled na panorama Liberce. Architektonický styl stavby se odráží v celkovém tvaru objektu, použití barev a standardních materiálů jako je bílá omítka, dřevo, sklo a další. Důraz na honosný výhled se projevuje v přerušení sklonu střechy nad částí vstupního podlaží, čímž vznikl dominantní prvek jdoucí vpřed průhledu.

The subject of my thesis is a design for a detached family house in the northern part of Jablonec nad Nisou. Among the advantages of the specified project are orientation of the house, size of the plot and the beautiful view of the town of Liberec. A disadvantage, on the other hand, consists in a significantly limited land use plan and the fact that the plot is not connected to any utility networks, apart from the electricity grid. The plot itself is located on a slope with an elevation difference of 25m in the east-westerly direction; the area is 5,344 sq metres. My goal has been to design a functional, high-quality and economical building which would meet all the specified requirements as well as the investor's wishes. I have designed a 4-storey house which interacts with the slope as well as the immediate surroundings and the view of the town. The chosen architectural style is reflected in the shape of the building, use of colours and selected materials, such as white plaster, wood, glass, etc. The strong emphasis on the vista is apparent in the fact that there is a visible break in the sloping angle of the roof above the entrance, which creates a dominant element pointing to the view.
