Abstract

Diplomová práce se věnuje návrhu objektu wellness hotelu, situovaného v jižním cípu územní oblasti hagibor, v pražských strašnicích. Stupeň zpracování odpovídá architektonické studii, vybrané části stavby jsou řešeny v úrovni projektu pro stavební povolení. Navržený objekt hotelu navazuje na urbanistickou studii, zpracovanou v rámci předdiplomního projektu. Do území se sportovní tradicí přináší nový návrh jasně čitelné řešení, které reaguje na složitou situaci nekompaktní urbanistické struktury, tvořené solitérními objekty velkého měřítka bez respektu uliční čáry a vzrostlou zelení okolních hřbitovů. Navrženou zástavbou je jasně definována vinohradská třída, hlavní průchozí linie lokality se přesouvá za hlukovou bariéru (tvořenou objekty občanské vybavenosti se střešními parky), a to v podobě kulturně veřejné osy jako těžiště veřejného života. Prostorově rozmanitá urbanistická kompozice, tvořená sítí přirozených center a lokálními dominantami s vizuální návazností zajišťuje výraznou identitu a snadnou orientaci v prostoru. Zástavba nabízí převážně variabilní typy bydlení, kulturní vyžití a občanskou vybavenost. Území graduje v jihovýchodním nároží objektem hotelového komplexu s přidruženým wellness provozem. Dominanta navrženého území přímo navazuje na ústřední část kulturně veřejné osy. ***** hotelový komplex tvoří vertikálními akcenty ubytovací části a wellness úseku, doplněné horizontálním prvkem pochozí platformy s přidruženými funkcemi. Skvělá dopravní dostupnost do historického centra, nadstandardní vybavení hotelu, lukrativní výhledy na pražské panorama a hojné kulturní vyžití a wellness aktivity nalákají zahraniční klientelu, a to při pracovních cestách, ale i za čistě rekreačním účelem.

This thesis focuses on the architectural design of a wellness hotel situated at the southern tip of the geographical area of Hagibor which is located in Prague Strašnice. The degree of elaboration corresponds to the architectural study. Selected parts of the building are addressed at the project level for the building permit. The proposed hotel follows an urban study completed in the scope of a prior project. The new design brings a clearly legible solution into an area with a sporting tradition and responds to the complex problem of a non-compact urban structure, consisting of large-scale solitary buildings that disregard the street line, and the mature greenery of surrounding cemeteries. The proposed development has clearly defined Vinohrady Avenue, the main line through the site, and has moved it past the noise barrier made up of public facilities buildings with roof gardens, and now forms a culturally public axis as the center of public life. The spatially diverse urban structure consisting of a network of natural centers and of local dominating features with visual continuity ensures distinctive identity with easy orientation in the space. The construction offers various types of housing, cultural activities and public facilities. . The area intensifies in the southeast corner of the hotel building complex with the connected wellness facilities. The dominant feature of the proposed area directly connects to the central part of the culturally public axis. The 5-star hotel complex consists of vertical accents of the accommodation part and wellness segment complemented by the horizontal element of the walkway platform with associated functions. The excellent transportation access to the historic center, superior amenities, lucrative views of Prague and the abundant cultural activities will attract foreign customers travelling for business and also for purely recreational purposes.
