Rodinný dům

Abstract

Zadáním bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout rodinný dům v Praze Na Špitálce na lukrativním pozemku, který je jedinečný svým výhledem na centrum Prahy a okolí. Dům svým tvarem na tyto výhledy reaguje. Hmoty jsou orientovány ve směru tak, aby nabízely uživatelům co nejlepší výhled a to ze všech podlaží. To je také podporováno prosklenými jihovýchodními fasádami. Na druhou stranu směrem k ulici slouží dům jako jistá bariéra, která poskytuje uživatelům důležitou míru soukromí.

Assignment further developed in this bachelor's theses consisted in designing a family house in Prague Na Špitálce that is located on a very lucrative land. This place is unique for its view on centre of Prague. The house by its shape responds to this unique view. Structures are oriented in a specific direction providing the users the best view from all the floors which is even more enhanced by southeast glass facades. On the other side, to the street, the house serves as a sort of barrier that provides users important degree of privacy.
