Rodinný dům

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zadaná jako rodinný dům pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Lokalita domu se nalézá v lesích mezi obcí Lobendava a státní hranicí s Německem. Středobodem stavebního pozemku je potom zatopený lom. V návrhu se snažím využít genius loci zadané lokality. A to tak, že vlastní hmotou domu spojuji horní a spodní nezatopenou etáž lomu. Tím umožňuji obyvatelům domu snadné využití přítomnosti vody ve spodní etáži a zároveň krásných výhledů z horní úrovně domu, především z kuchyně se stolováním, obývacího pokoje s balkónem a exteriérovou terasou. Dům jsem osadil v severní části lomu a všechny obytné místnosti orientuji na jižní, prosklenou fasádu. Navrhl jsem dům s jednoduchou vertikální formou, kdy díky strohosti fasád nechávám vyniknout přítomnost lomového kamene s jeho strukturou. V prosklené průčelní fasádě minimalizuji plochu rámů zasklení a nechám prostor pro zrcadlení vodní hladiny, skalní stěny a okolního lesa.

Bachelor thesis is assigned as detached house for 4 membered family. The location id situated in forests within the village Lobendava and state border with Germany. The midpoint of the building site is flooded quarry. In the plan I strive to use the genius loci of the assigned location by joining the upper and lower unflooded level of the quarry with actual mass of the house. It allows its inhabitants to easily use the presence of water in bottom floor as well as gorgeus views from the top level of the house, especially from the kitchen with dining part, living room with balcony and exterior terrace. The house is set in the north area of the quarry and all residential rooms are oriented on the southern glassed facade. I designed the house with simple vertical form where thanks to the austerity of facade the presence of the quarry stone with its structure is accentuated. In the frontal glassed facade, the surface of frames is minimalized and I leave the space for reflection of the water surface, rock face and surrounding forrest.
