Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem práce je návrh rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu v Jevanech, na parcele na okraji obce, mezi Pražskou ulicí a Jevanským rybníkem. Hlavním specifikem Hlavním specifikem a pozitivem parcely je bezpochyby kombinace lesního terénu s jezerem, dále pak také jihozápadní orientace parcely. Z těchto základů vychází koncepce domu, který se snaží využít jednak intimity lesa pro ložnice, zároveň se ale co nejvíce příblížit jezeru a výhledu na něj z denních místností. Dům svou hmotou zároveň odděluje pobytovou terasu od přilehlé silnice a vytváří pocitově oddělenou hospodářskou část zahrady. Hmota domu je umístěna ve východní části zahrady a vychází z rozdělení na jednotlivé funkce - část rodičů, část dětí, denní část a zázemí s garáží pro loď. Dům je výrazně otevřený směrem k jihozápadu - zalesněné části pozemku a výhledu na jezeře, naopak se uzavírá směrem na sever k silnici a východ, směrem k hospodářské části zahrady, respektive k sousednímu domu.

Subject of this work is a design of a house for a family of four, situated on the edge of village of Jevany, particularly between "Pražská" street and the lake of Jevany. The major specific of this property is definitely the combination of a lakeshore with a forest terrain, as well as the south-western orientation of the site. Those factors have been the ones to give the house it´s main idea, which is to try to put together the specific intimacy of the forest without loosing the beautiful view on the lake. Volume of the house is situated in the eastern part of the property and its basic shapes were formed by a intention to divide a functional part of the garden from a recreational one. The volume is divided according to it´s functions - one part is dedicated to the parrents, one to the children, one to the living room and kitchen and the last one is dedicated to garages, technical room etc. All the parts are opening themselves towards south-west - towards the forest part of the garden as well as a view towards the lake, and closing themselves on the north north-east - from the streen and the functional part of the garden, respectively the neighbouring property.
