Abstract

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá návrhom rodinného domu v obci Boleboř. Táto lokalita sa nachádza na okraji Krušných hôr a vyznačuje sa unikátnym výhľadom na České stredohorie. Cieľom práce je navrhnúť rodinný dom tak, aby rešpektoval okolitú zástavbu a zároveň nenarúšal vidiecky ráz krajiny. Koncept objektu tvorí jednoduchá do terénu zapustená hmota so vstupmi v oboch podlažiach. Hlavná presklená fasáda na druhom podlaží je orientovaná tak, aby majiteľom poskytovala najlepší výhľad. Vzhľadom k charakteru vidieckeho bývania bol dôraz kladený na veľkosť záhrady, ktorá tvorí majoritnú časť pozemku.

The bachelor thesis is dealing with the design of a family house in Boleboř village. This is a location at the feet of the Krušné mountains with a unique view of České Středohoří as its main characteristics. The aim of this thesis is to design the family house in such way, as to respect the surrounding buildings and not to interfere with the rural character of the countryside. The concept of the object is approached as a simply shaped building embedded into the terrain with entrances on both floors. Orientation of the main glass façade on the second floor has been designed to provide the owners with the best view. Because of its village character, there was an emphasis on the size of the garden, which makes the majority of the plot.
