Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu v Praze - Nebušicích. Tato lokalita se vyznačuje především svou blízkostí Šáreckému údolí a také vysoké poptávce zahraničních investorů, neboť se zde nachází komplex prestižní soukromé školy International School of Prague. Návrh domu vychází z lukrativnosti oblasti a upřednostňuje minimalistické pojetí propojené s potřebami dnešní společnosti. Velkou roli při návrhu hrála orientace zahrady severním směrem a možnost výhledu na blízký les. Projekt se snaží vyhovět nadstandardním nárokům kladených na bydlení v takovéto lokalitě.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the proposal of the house in Prague - Nebusice. This area is mainly characterized by the neighborhood of Sarecke udoli and also by the high demand of international investors. Close to the place of the project there is a prestigious complex of International School of Prague. House proposal is based on amenity of the area and it prioritize the minimalistic solutions with the needs of the current people. The big parts of the solution of how to catch the project were two things - the orientation of the garden to the north and the view of the forrest. The project seeks to meet the special demands placed on living in such area.
