Abstract
Predmetom bakalárskej práce je novostavba rodinného domu. Navrhovaný objekt sa nachádza v severozápadnej časti Prahy v mestskej časti Dejvice v lokalite nazývanej Hanspaulka. Architektonické riešenie reaguje na umiestnenie stavby v hornej časti východného svahu s výhľadom na Vítězné náměstí a Pražský hrad. Situovanie na pozemku kladie dôraz na zachovanie dostatočného súkromia jeho obyvateľov a na vytvorenie bezprostrednej blízkosti s okrasnou záhradou.
 
The subject of the bachelor thesis is a new family house. The designed building is situated in the northwestern part of Prague district Dejvice in a spot called Hanspaulka. The architectural design responds to the location of the site in the upper part of the eastern acclivity with a view on the Victory Square and the Prague Castle. The siting on the parcel emphasises on remaining enough privacy of it?s inhabitans and on creating an immediate closeness with the ornamental garden.
