Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu v Jizerských horách. Pozemek se nachází v Jablonci nad Nisou v okrajové části Lukášov. Jedná se o svažitou parcelu v přírodě, jejíž zastavitelná část je vymezena technickými a přírodními limity. Cílem návrhu bylo vytvořit příjemné bydlení s ohledem na okolní přírodu a prostředí. Z tohoto důvodu byl zvolen koncept tradičního horského domu se sedlovou střechou, který respektuje svažitý terén a nenarušuje ráz prostředí. Hlavnímu obytnému prostoru dominuje prosklená jižní fasáda, která zajišťuje optické spojení exteriéru a interiéru a dodávám celému prostoru volnost a otevřenost. Fasáda je tvořena z vertikálně kladených latí, které zůstávají bez ošetření a nechávají se přirozeně zestárnout. Sokl stavby je z vnější strany obložen místním kamenem. Nosná konstrukce je železobetonový monolit s dřevěným krovem, který se propisuje do interiéru.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a design of a family house located in Jizera mountains. The land is placed in Jablonec nad Nisou inside the suburb Lukášov. It is a sloping plot of land in the countryside. The buildable part is defined by technical and natural limits. The aim of this project was creating a nice housing with a view into the surrounding countryside . That explains the reason for choosing the concept of traditional mountain house with a gable roof, which respects the sloping terrain and does not disturb the character of the surrounding environment. The main living space is dominated by the glazed southern facade, which provides optical connection between the exterior and the interior and creates a feeling of freedom and openness throughout the entire space. The facade is made of vertically laid wood planks, which remain without treatment and they are left to grow old naturally. The outside of a base of the structure is covered by local stone. The supporting structure is reinforced concrete monolith with a wooden roof truss, which is visible from the interior.
