Rodinný dům

Abstract

Zadáním projektu je zpracování novostavby rodinného domu v Praze 6 - Dejvice. V atelieru byla řešená celá lokalita Na Špitálce, ta je vymezena ulicemi Na Špitálce, Na Fišerce, Neherovská a Na Kodymce. Každý student navrhuje rodinný dům na jedné z parcel. Tento projekt se týká nejseverněji situovaného rohového pozemku ohraničeného ulicemi Na Špitálce a Na Fišerce. Jde o rodinný dům navržený podle nároků investorů - manželského páru se dvěmi dětmi. Podle jejich představ by měl vyhovět potřebám na odpočinek ve volném čase a důležitým prvkem je provázání interiéru se zahradou. Hlavní myšlenkou konceptu je rozdělení hmoty vstupní halou na dvě funkčně odlišné části - dvoupodlažní obytnou a přízemní spíše technickou. Přes své umístění mezi hmoty nebrání hala průchodu do zahrady. Dalším významným prvkem domu je konzola druhého podlaží, ta vytváří krytý prostor propojující interiér s exteriérem.

The assignment of this project is to design a newly built family house in Prague 6 - Dejvice. In the design studio, there was drafted the whole area Na Špitálce, bordered by streets Na Špitálce, Na Fišerce, Neherovská and Na Kodymce. Each of the students designed one of the house at one site of this location. This project designs house at the northern site, lined with streets Na Špitálce and Na Fišerce. It is a family house designed by demands of the clients - married couple with two children. Their idea of family living is a house suitable for relaxing in their free time. The primary element is the connection between exterior and interior of the house. The main idea is dividing the mass into two by the entrance hall. The two masses have different functions - first contains two storey living and second is mainly technical groundfloor. The hall is situated between two masses, but it does not block passage further into the garden. Other important part of the house is cantilever of the first floor, it creates covered space on the interface between interior and exterior.
