Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování studie rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu v městské části Praha-Nebušice do prostředí soustředěné zástavby na pozemku přiléhající k ulici Hornofova. Cílem bylo navržení objektu, který svým charakterem doplní a zachová urbanistické hodnoty, bude respektovat soukromí členů rodiny a vytvoří základ kvalitního bydlení. Pozemek je orientován směrem na sever, a proto bylo důležité nezastínit zahradu, která je v přímé interakci s obytnou částí domu. Zároveň bylo podstatné najít řešení maximálního využití zahrady, která zachová soukromí a nebude se chovat agresivně vůči sousedům a svému okolí. Hlavní dominantní obytná hmota objektu je orientována svou délkou sever-jih. Je přetnuta příčně uličním pásem, který podtrhne stavební linie okolní zástavby. Pokračuje po východní straně obytné části. Postupně dochází k rozvolnění hmoty a k přechodu do zahradního posezení. Objekt respektuje ulici, prostupuje pozemkem a splývá se zahradou.

The subject of my Bachelor thesis deals with the study of the house for a family of four in the district of Prague, Nebušice on a plot adjacent to the street Hornofova in a concentrated housing development. The aim was to design a building which with its character will supplement and preserve urban values, respect the privacy of family members and it will make the foundation for a good-quality housing.The plot is orientated northwards and therefore it was important not to put the garden being in direct interaction with the living part of the house in the shade. At the same time it was essential to find the solution to a maximum use of the garden, which keeps the privacy and won´t behave aggressively towards both its neighbours and its surroundings. The main dominant part of the building is orientated with its length north-southwards. It is cut transversely by the street belt, which preserves construction lines of a surrounding housing development. It continues along the east side of the living part of the building. Gradually there is a less sharp definition of the living part , coming to the transition to sitting in the garden. The building respects the street, runs through the plot and flows into the garden.
