Rodinný dům

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Navrhovaný objekt se nachází v nezastavěné lokalitě u vodní nádrže Lipno. Návrh domu vychází z charakteru pozemku, kterým je jižní svah o převýšení asi 4,5m. Koncept objektu je co nejvíce přizpůsoben výhledu a orientaci. Prostory domu jsou směrem k vodní ploše otevřené a poskytují zajímavé výhledy do okolí. Spojitost s přírodou je podpořena zelenou střechou nad nižší částí rodinného domu, která plynule navazuje na terén. Nosné konstrukce svislé i vodorovné jsou navrženy z železobetonu v kombinaci s ocelovými sloupy.

The theme of the bachelor thesis is a design of a house for a family of four. The designed structure is located in the undeveloped area near the Lipno Dam. The design of the house is based on the lie of the land, which is the southern slope of the elevation about 4,5 meters. The concept of the building is adapted mostly for view and orientation. The areas of the house are open into the body of water and provide attractive views at the surroundings. The connection to the nature is supported by the green roof above lower part of the family house, which continuously connects to terrain. Supporting structures both vertical and horizontal are designed from reinforced concrete combined with steel pillars.
