Abstract

Rodinný dům se nachází ve vesnici Pikovice v obci Hradištko na levém břehu řeky Sázavy a je navržený tak, aby splňoval požadavky pro bydlení manželského páru ve středním věku s dvěma dětmi ve věku 8 a 12 let. Jedná se o pracovně vytížený pár a je tedy nutností, aby rodina vlastnila dva automobily a mohla tak dopřát určitý komfort. Prostory pro bydlení jsou rozděleny do dvou zón podle pater. Princip zónování je založen na možnosti přístupu. První patro je přístupné pouze rodině, zatímco druhé všem. Vzhledem k pracovní vytíženosti je to praktické a umožňuje to libovolný relax každého člena rodiny, přičemž prostory pro bydlení jsou odhlučněny od stezky a otevírají se směrem k východu. Rodinný dům se snaží umocnit svou dominantu v terénu a navázat na něj svou členitostí. Stavební parcela je ve svahu a otevírá se vůči severní straně, kde se nachází průhled na řeku Sázavu. Vzhledem k využitelnosti území je stavební parcela vhodnou volbou pro rodinu s dětmi.

The family house is located in the village of Pikovice in the village of Hradištko on the left bank on the Sázava river, and it is designed to comply the requirements for a middle-aged couple with two children aged 8 and 12 years . The principle of zoning is based on possibilities of access. The first floor is accessible only to the family, while the other to everyone. Considering the workload, it is practical and allows for any relaxation of every member of the family, the living parts being silenced from the trail and opening towards the exit. The family house is trying to increase its dominance in the terrain and build on it with its articulation. The building plot is on a slope and opens to the northern side where can be seen the Sazava River. Due to the usability of the area, the building plot is a suitable choice for a family with children.
