Rodinný dům

Abstract

Zadáním bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout rodinný dům na okraj obce Sýkořice, která se nachází v CHKO Křivoklátsko. Pozemek je dostatečně velký, na návrh několika solitérních domů. Urbanismus území byl pojat jako parcely 5 domů se společnými předzahrádkami. Každý dům by mě vyhovovat doporučení pro výstavbu v CHKO v pasivním standartu. Koncept domu vychází z kontextu s okolím a snaží se o rovnováhu s přírodou. Hlavním prvkem se proto stalo dřevo, jelikož je pozemek blízko lesa na konci obce. Dům je natočen ke světovým stranám tak, aby na jihovýchod byl co nejvíce otevřený. Je zde i vytvořený průhled interiéru, který upevňuje myšlenku domu v přírodě. Objekt se dělí na dvě hmoty, technickou část a obytnou část. Obě části jsou zastřešeny sedlovou střechou, aby vytvořili pocit obytné stodoly. Rodinný dům nabízí prostory pro společenský život, relaxaci, ale i soukromí pro každého člena rodiny.

The subject of Bachelor's thesis was to design a family house on the edge of the village of Sýkořice, which is located in the protected landscape area Křivoklátsko. The land is big enough for the design of several solitary home. Urban planning of the territory was conceived as a parcel of 5 houses, with common front gardens. Each house would comply with the recommendations for the construction of the PLA in the passive standard. The concept of the house stems from the context with the surroundings and strive for a balance with nature. The main element therefore happened to wood, as is the land near the forest at the end of the village. The house is positioned towards the cardinal points so that to the southeast was the most outspoken. There is also created a view of the interior, which reinforces the idea of a house in the countryside. The object is divided into two volumes, a technical part and a residential part. Both parts are covered by a gable roof to create the feeling of a residential barn. Family house offers space for social life, relaxation, but also privacy for each family member.
