Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu v Pikovicích. Složité terénní podmínky spolu s nepříznivou orientací ke světovým stranám v kontrastu s krásným výhledem do korun stromů a na řeku Sázavu. Pozemek se nachází v zeleném pásu, který dělí zástavbu rodinných domů u řeky a chatovou oblast výše. Pozemek je též v těžišti západní poloviny obce, odkud je nedaleko centra. Návrh především reaguje na možnosti terénu a snaží se najít kompromis mezi výhledem, na sever a limitovaným množstvím slunce na jižní straně parcely.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to design detached house on a selected parcel located in Pikovice. Major difficulties are steep terrain and bad orientation towards points of the compass in contrast with a beautiful view through tree crowns and the river Sázava. This parcel is located in a green stripe that divides family houses along the river and the cottage area. The place is near to the center of the village Pikovice. The design is mainly focused on a terrain situation combined with finding a compromise between wonderful northern view and limited sunny southern side of the parcel.
