Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu ve vesnici Pikovice, která leží nedaleko Prahy. Jedná se o klidnou lokalitu u řeky Sázavy, která disponuje bohatou přírodou plnou kopců a lesů. Parcela rodinného domu je umístěna na kraji vesnice v místě s řídkou zástavbou. Pozemek je velmi svažitý s výhledem na sázavské údolí a je obklopen vysokými stromy. Klientem pro stavbu je rodina se dvěma dětmi, kde otec je architekt a matka učitelka výtvarné výchovy. Rodina má ráda přírodu a její klidnou atmosféru. Návrh rodinného domu využívá výrazných hodnot prostředí stavby, reaguje na své umístění a vytváří intimní prostředí pro klidný a spokojený život.

The subject of bachelor thesis is design of a family house in the village Pikovice, which is situated near Prague. It is a quiet location by Sázava river which has very rich nature full of hills and forests. The site of the family house is located on the egde of the village at the place with sparsely placed buildings. The site is very slopy. It has a view of the rivers dale and is surrounded by tall trees. The client for the building is the family with two kids. The father is an architect and the mother is an art education teacher. The family likes nature and its peaceful atmosphere. The design of the house profits from very significant values of its surroundings, embraces the challenges of its location and provides intimate enviroment for peaceful and pleasing life.
