Multifunkční dům

Abstract

Objektem diplomové práce je novostavba sportovního centra, která je součástí urbanistického celku navrženého v rámci předdiplomního projektu. Cílové území se nachází v severozápadní části Prahy, městské části Praha 6, lokalitě zvané Veleslavín. Stavba je součástí řady obytných polobloků. Ze severu je lemována parkem a stezkou pro cyklisty a pěší. Z jihu je napojena na nově vzniklou ulici U Strnadových zahrad. Architektonické řešení vychází z tvaru polobloku, reaguje na orientaci pozemku a okolní zástavbu. Odejmutím části hmoty a řešením parteru je umožněn volný průchod mezi ulicí a parkem. Objekt je tak centrem sportovním i komunikačním. Stavba je funkčním využitím a řešením fasády rozdělena na dva celky. Prvním je sportovní centrum obsahující taneční, pohybové a jóga studio, fitness, restauraci a doplňující služby. Druhým celkem je lezecká stěna. Lezecký motiv formou chytů je použit i na betonové fasádě. Finální hmotu stavby doplňuje zasíťování venkovního hřiště na střeše lezecké stěny.

The subject of my thesis is a new building of sports center, which is part of urban unit that was designed in pre-thesis project. The objective area is located in north-west part of Prague - Prague 6, municipal part called Veleslavín. The building is a part of residential half-block houses. It is bordered with park and biking trail with pedistrian trail from North. From South there is a new street U Strnadových zahrad. The architectonic solution is based on the shape of half-block. It reacts on the orientation of land and surrounding encroachment. There is made new walkway between street and park by removing material and adding new solution of the project. The object is now the center of sport and communication. The building is divided into two units by functional utilization and facade solution. In the first unit, there is a dance studio, yoga studio and fitness center with restaurant and other services. In the second unit, there is a rock climbing wall. The climbing theme of handholds is also used on concrete facade. The final touch of the building is completed by netted court that is located on the roof of rock climbing wall.
