POLDI-Kladno, Konverze haly č.4

Abstract

ANOTACE Diplomová práce primárně se zabývá s konverzí historické výrobní haly v Poldi Kladnu, která sloužila k nitridaci (hala č. 4 ) . Dále jsem řešil objekt jako součástí megabloku, a proto byla navržena konstrukce (platforma), která sjednotí charakter souboru staveb. Nová konstrukce bude sloužit pro pro zavěšení umělecká díla a instalace pro různé akce . Nově navržený komplex má fungovat jako soběstačný soubor staveb. Nové budovy vytvářejí nové prácovní příležitosti, kulturní stavby , zábava, relax, obchody a ubytování. Hlavní myšlenka projektu je vytvořit otevřený parter, který ukáže život ve městským bloku. Hala č. 4 bude sloužit jako multifunkční výstavní prostor. Stávájící konstrukce bude zachovaná a do objektu bude vložena lávka a boxy, které respektují původní charakter haly. Dále jsou přistavěny nezávislé konstukce, které vytvářejí vstupy pro lidi a pro zaměstnance. Součástí diplomové práce je koncepce stavebního, statického řešení a koncepce technického zařízení budovy pro objekt galerie moderního umění.

ANNOTATION The proposal primarly deals with the adaptive reuse of the existing hall in Poldi Kladno, which was used for niradation (hall no. 4) . Secondly the area was created as a megablock, so I felt the need design the block as a whole. I proposed to make a construction which visually unify all the building into one. The structure will be served as a platform for artists to show their works. Newly designed block works as an enficient complex. New buildings will be on pillars and they will create work opportunities, cultural places, relax, shops and hotels. The main idea of this design is to create open parter which show the city life in city blocks. Hall no. 4 will be served as a modern art exhibition centre. The existing structure of the building is preseved and there will be a hanging construction which respect the historic building. The added boxes will be the entrances for people and workers. Part of the diploma thesis is the concept of building, static solution and concept of the technical equipment of the building for the object of the gallery of modern art.
