Zámek Liteň - nové centrum

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je najít vhodné využití zámeckého areálu v Litni, který je v současné době v neutěšené situaci a čeká na rekonstrukci. Areál skýtá velký potenciál stát se kulturním centrem nejen obce Litně, ale i okolí. Navržené stavby a jejich funkce by měly využít tento potenciál a pomoci dalšímu rozvoji obce. Hlavní předmětem návrhu, určený k tomuto účel, bude bezesporu budova s multifunkčním koncertním sálem. Tento sál je umístěn do objektu stodoly, která byla dříve využívána pro pivovarnický provoz navazujícího pivovaru. K rekonstruované budově stodoly je navržena přístavba, která bude fungovat jako spojující článek mezi stodolou a navazující částí historické budovy - Čechovny. Navržené řešení vyplňuje dnes nevyužité místo mezi budovami, tím sceluje urbanismus zámeckého dvora a posiluje jeho reprezentativní výraz.

The goal of this diploma thesis is to find a proper use for the Liteň castle complex, which is currently in poor condition and awaits reconstruction. The complex has big potencial to become a cultural place for the town of Liteň and its vicinity. Proposed buildings and their functions are specifically designed to utilize their potential and contribute to further development of the town. The building with a multifunctional concert hall undoubtedly represents the main subject of this thesis. The concert hall is situated in an old barn, which was traditionally used for the purposes of an attached brewery. This barn is reconstructed and in additon, a new extension is designed, which serves as a connecting part between the concert hall and the Čechovna historical building. This designed solution fills in the currently unused gap space between buildings, consolidates urbanism of the courtyard, and improves representative expresion of the complex.
