Kulturně vzdělávací centum - Zámek Liteň

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je návrh kulturně vzdělávacího centra ve významné historické části obce, a to v zámeckém areálu v Litni. Mým cílem je znovuobnovit život v zámeckém areálu pro širokou veřejnost, a tím přispět k dalšímu rozkvětu obce. Tvar navrhované stavby je tvořen dvěma hmotami, které svými proporcemi reagují na okolní zástavbu a vhodně ji doplňují. Větší z hmot je navržena jako jednoduchá, dvoupodlažní, s hranolovitým tvarem s klasickým valbovým zastřešením. Hmota kopíruje původní tvar budovy, ale je o něco kratší, pro vznik volného průchodu mezi novostavbou a pivovarem. Připomínkou původní délky budovy je otisk obvodových zdí na zem minimalistickými pruhy, zároveň mi nenásilně vymezují prostor pro uskutečnění menších kulturních akcí. Ukončení hmoty je provedeno stupňovitým snižováním pro vznik venkovního hlediště situováné právě směrem k pivovaru. Ze strany zámeckého nádvoří tvoří s napojující se budovou jednu celistvou čistou hmotu a nijak tak nenarušuje a vícě zdůrazňuje velkolepý prostor nádvoří s výhledem na dominantní prvek a to zámek . Menší stavba má atypický tvar, je tvořena jednoduchou hmotou s výškou přesahující první podlaží v nejvyšším bodě hřebene, který je asymetricky umístěn. Je kolmo napojena na větší hmotu a kopíruje zastavěnou plochu původní stavby. Tato stavba je zasazena do malebné části zámeckého areálu, kterou určuje harmonie cihelných domečkům s kombinací pivovaru a vodní plochy. Trčící pivovarní komíny určují významé body a dominanty tohoto prostoru a dodávají mu jistou smyslnost. Vzhledem k tomuto faktu, byla budova navržena jako dřevostavba, aby svým blízkým materiálovým charakterem vhodně doplnila scenérii místa.

The topic of this thesis is a proposal of a cultural and educational center in a significant historical part of a village, in the castle complex in Liteň. My goal is to restore the life of the castle and make it accessible to the general public and thus to contribute to the further flourishing of the village. The shape of the proposed structure consists of two masses, which react with their proportions to the surrounding area and suitably complement it. The larger of the masses is designed as a simple, two-storey, with a prismatic shape and classic hull roofing. The mass copies the original shape of the building, but it is slightly shorter to create a free passage between the new building and the brewery. A reminder of the original length of the building is the imprinting of the perimeter walls on the ground with minimalist stripes, and at the same time, they unequivocally define the space for the organization of smaller cultural events. The end of the mass is made by gradual reduction to create an outdoor auditorium situated just in the direction of the brewery. On the side of the chateau courtyard, with the adjoining building, it forms a single solid mass, does not disturb and emphasizes the magnificent space of the courtyard overlooking the dominant element - the castle. The smaller structure has an atypical shape. It is made up of a simple mass with a height exceeding the first floor at the highest point of the ridge, which is located asymmetrically. It is perpendicularly connected to the larger mass and copies ?the original structure. This building is set in a picturesque part of the castle complex, which is determined by the harmony of brick houses in combination with brewery and water area. The chimneys of the brewery are very important points and dominate the whole area also giving it a sense of sensuality. Due to this fact, the building was designed as a wooden structure to complete the natural scenery of the place.
